This co. Society ltd made leave & licence aggrement at hisar for 12months commencing from 20/07/2016 to 10/07/2017 for commercial purposes with a rent of rs.18000/-month.
Unfortunately we not receive any rent from april, 2017 to upto date. All contact phones / mobiles are switch off & our rented space is also locked from april, 2017 on wards.
Our space floor is completely locked from april, 2017 to till now.
Please provide...

I haved invested my hard earned money in fixed deposit in samruddh jeevan multistate multi purpose co-operative society for 13 months. I have invested total sum of rs. 9 lac. My fd is already matured in nov-2016 but till date i did not get my money back. Ahmedabad office is closed & nobody answers. Pls. Help me to get my money back at the earliest.

I never get proper response from staff in office.. Kindly help me getting my funds back it's hard earned money.

I think all person who invest their money in this society should meet and came to a solution like visit to head office or any investor who resides nearby head office should go and check and provide the clear picture so that others can take a final decision on the matter. I also invested my earnings in this society so please i request to investor who resides nearby head office please check and post the real picture....

I am ankit from odisha. I have invested around 120000/- one lack twenty thousand in samruddha jeevan multi state multi purpose society since 30/10/2013. The office branch of the company situated in our district is closed from many times and the employee of the branch has sale all the asset of the company due to the failure of their salary. Since i am a student and invested my my entire saving, i need money for meeting my monthly expenses....

They said policy period is not over so wait for 5 year... But now all offices are closed.. And i didn't find any way... Anybody please help......

I have been depositing money as emi under this company for 3 years.
From 3 years the agent was available for collecting money from 3 months the same agent is unavailable for collecting the money.
Hence i enquired with some locals and got to know that the company is fraud and its closed all it branches,

I have invested 2 lacs in samrudha jeevan multisate for the period of 13 month, after completion of period i contacted to their pune office, they collected my fd certificates and given its acknowledgement receipt back to me. And also they get a for another form filled for opening of saving account to collect the refunded money.. They told me that the matter is in court and hearing date will be communicated...
