Saraf Furniture / Insaraf.com — Broken Dining Table and Chair Delivered - Order no 1NSF[protected]

I bought a Dining Table and Chair from Saraf Funiture and till date they are just giving false commitments that they will replace the items.

It's been a year now I am following. If this won't be possible within a week then I will need full refund.

I went to your shop in Hyderabad and got a commitment that if in case of no delivery I will get my money back on 15 May.

I really frustrated with the way saraf furniture deal with the customers.

I will start posting these email screen shots to public and social media so that at least others customers won’t get into your trap.

This is a follow-up to your previous request #124026 "Order no 1NSF[protected] de..."

Hi there,

Now I can see a crack in the Dining Table, could you please get this table also replaced?

I have attached the pics for your reference. I have discussed with Suresh (Manager in Hyderabad's Saraf furniture shop) and he suggested me to send an email to support so that the table can be replaced.

Let me know when this can be replaced.
