I received delivery of king size bed today, 31st July. While assembling the bed team realized that the right side part is bent which is not allowing both the ply (lower and upper) to align properly. It’s leaving a hole on right hand side of the bed.
Team tried hard but they could not fix as they concluded it’s manufacturing defect.
I asked them to take the delivery back to which they said they can’t do that but you have log a complaint and follow the complaint process.
Now, plz fix the issue on urgent basis,
