Please refer to my complaint dated 2nd august 2018 (Id:2036613) in the captioned subject.
I am pained not to receive any communication in the matter from saraswat bank even after lapse of more that 15 days.
Considering that the subject matter relates to the request of a senior citizen aged 92 years an early reply will be highly appreciated.
May i escalate the issue to a higher forum if it is not possible to be resolved at your end?
