Dear Sir, I had purchased new computer table but the quality is very very bad and lots of scratched. The table is in worst condition and does not look like New piece. Also, they don't refund the money nor respond to my requests. I had purchased on 28th August and received on 29th Aug, 21. I call them on 29th and made complaint but there is no response. I am not happy with the same type and requested for change of model even if i have to pay little more. But they said they will replace same model with new piece. Also, they are not ready to provide better model even if i am ready to pay more and there is no response, as of today. Hence, Now, i am not interested to buy from them as i am worried about the quality of other replaced piece. Please, help me get the refund. I have also paid for transportations Rs.300/- (+) 4126/- by Debit card. I would appreciate if you take serious action and settle my claim with higher amount of
penalty, so that they don't play with customers in future.
Sir, I've sent complaint on INGRAM, customer complaint forum (copy attached) but there is no response from the seller, upto today's date.
