Sargam Electronics — Not Responding

I have purchased an AC and it's not working properly now. I have taken extended warranty (warranty issued by sargam-model town) as well at the time of buying AC.
Now when i am trying to contacting the concern person on mobile number given on invoice and online-site ([protected]) then he is not answering the call and not responding through call back.
