On sasta sundar, i ordered medicines worth rs. 845 on 22.11.18 and paid the same through debit card. As my doctor changed medicines next day, i cancelled the order on 23.11.18. Sasta sundar told me to wait for five working days. The stipulated time has passed but i have not yet received the return amount. Now they are not responding my mails too. Moreover, their helpline no. Gets automatically disconnected whenever i try to connect. I am an old customer of sasta sundar and this type of response policy is truly unacceptable.
