Sastasundar.com — Unethical behavior on request for returning product | |||||
I ordered(order number: [protected]) for a Junior Horlicks and huggies large size dry diaper (28 pcs) on 31st July midnight and I got it delivered on 3rd of August. After getting the product, I realized that I have made a mistake on ordering, I should have ordered Huggies wonder pant large size instead of diapers. I requested for a sales return through sastasundar.com on 4th of August. But I did not get any notification or mail/message from them. I called up my health buddy on 6th August and he did not pick up the phone. I called up the customer care number:[protected] and a lady named as Mohua received the call. After hearing my incident she told me to hold on for some time and then replied -"sorry sir, it has been few days, so we will not return it." I told its not few days after getting the delivery, I already requested for a sales return in your website on the next after getting the delivery. She replied -"sorry sir, we do not take return on such kind of products". I asked her, what is the logic behind it? She told -"sorry sir, we will not take it returned".
