Admission withdrawal request has been done online on their admission
portal dt.21st October.2022 but the refund of fees is not yet cleared as
As parent of applicant i have strictly followed the guidelines from UGC
which was in public domain through press releases.
The UGC Fee Refund policy circular ref.D.O.No.2-71/2022(CPP-II) Dt.2nd
August'22 which was widely circulated through press and was in public domain
specified timelines for refunds on withdrawals in view of COVID-19 Pandemic
related factors to fully refund fees for withdrawals before 31st, October, 2022
and for withdrawals after 31st October till 31st December, 2022, 1k to be
deducted as processing fees.Accordingly, as a parent of applicant i have
submitted our online withdrawal in their portal on 21st, October, 2022 itself.
I have corresponded with registrar from 2nd Nov, 2022, 17th Nov'22, 25th Nov'22
28th Dec, 22, 9th Jan'23 and Feb'23 but none of my mails have been answered
except for first mail dt.2nd Nov.22 in which registrar has asked me the date of
of my withdrawal submission to which I have responded on the same day.
Many a times i've contacted them over telephone and every time i was told that
the management is yet to take a call on withdrawals between 21st Oct'22 to
25th Oct'22.Its more than 6 months the issue is still pending.
