Dear Sir / Mam,

Unexpectedly Rs. 1730 has been paid this site and i dont know why this amount was deducted. I wish to obtain refund Rs.1730 whcih was deducted from my a/c.This is annoying as I haven't yet been refunded with the said amount in spite of being assured of a refund by a mail sent from this company. 15 days have already passed and i am waiting for my refund. I would be obliged if I get a refund to my a/c as soon as possible.
