Hi my name is ajay gapat one of the student who invest money in your sceam. I want to tell you that this is really very ridiculous thing ever. You guys are lier. You guys show something different in demo session and actual thing is far different from the demo. And if we need any help from you guys so you sended us to customer care and if we called them so as usual we get zero response from those people too. If you guys can not fulfil your own rules and regulations then why you guys wanna make people fool. Even your office aslo closed from 5 months. I visit that branch borivali datta pada 30 times you guys even did not inform to your investers. No notification, no alreat and no official notice that your branch will be closed. Even we did not get fast solutions on our issues. Firstly you guys said, we will need internet connection only for downloading the work project and for uploading final work. Then when will getting issues with typing so you guys needed screen shots with it or mails images means more internet. You guys are making fraud with us by doing such kind of things. Still i am requesting you to refund my whole amount which i invest in your firm. Otherwise i have to take a legal action on it. I have all prove related to you fraud with some more victims. I have recording your staff voice call how they talk back to us like "jana suhab suhab dimag khane aa gaya chup chap rakh phone", jiska naam piya hai borivali branch me as staff kaam karati hai aur ab vo bol rahi hai me ahmedhabad me hu yaha pe koi aaisa kaam nai hota wrong no hai ye" Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jan 14, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved They did nothing about my complaint.
They told me send refund mail on customercare mail id. I did that 2 days ago but nothing happend and they gave me a contact no 8828156736 before this complaint when i visited them's another office that person name ahemad he said i will help you for your refund i called him so many time he didn't receive my any calls after 2 hour that contact number switch off and out of coverage first 4 5 time phone was ringing now no contact they didn't take any steps about my problem. And today in morning i call borivali branch office staff lady she talk very rude and she literally use bad words in that conversation her name is piya contact no +918850531107
I have call recording that about conversation. And why this complaint mark as resolved when nothing happed with my problem. Please help i will wait for just one day now then i will go for my way to recover that money that will be the best way.
