I (Ch.Venkata ramaiah) purchased washing machine of seimens make by investing 38, 000/-on 16.05.2015 at TMC, Tirupathy. Technician has not attended till yesterday i.e., upto 25.05.2015.I complained this through this forum.The company officials responded immediately and contacted me through phone and promised me that they sent the technician as early as possible.I requested the officials to inform me before coming due to i am working at chennai and i may not avaliable at home . They promised to inform me before coming.But today i.e., on 26.05.2015 they informed me that they are at sullurupeta to install the machine at that time i am at chennai on my job . I requested them to wait till 07.30P.M and i promised them to pay the bus fare and other expenses during installation. But when i enquired at 05..P.M they replied they are already returned without installing the machine.I requested them to come tomorrow and for that also they are not replied properly.
