I placed order on 10.02.2016 to deliver my order on 14.02.2016 but as its 10 no respond from there end..pathetic customer service and no direct contact no to delivery person.my valentine spoiled and ruined the life .order no is[protected]

I have given order on 10.02.16 and it should deliver on 14.02.2016..whole 15.02.2016 has gone and my order is still not deliver ..no respond and no communication from your end and even continuous follow up with your executive..no answer...is this the way off treating your customer and doing business.

Today is[protected], we are still waiting for our order.Since, last 5 days, i am rigouously following up with their customer support on chatting(because they dont pick the phone ever). Atleast 10 different people in a day chat with me...And make false promise to deliver it the same day...But still...We are waiting for our order...
I really doubt the genuinity of this site...I am reading at least 200 reviews against this site that they just fetch the money falsely...And never respond...
Kindly put a FIR against this company and close down the business for playing with emotions and money of customer

When will you respond and deliver the order.
I want that the order should deliver to concern address as mentioned in order no[protected] and you should also bear the compensation for delay and pathetic service. My no is [protected]. Contact and resolve the issue otherwise have to go higher authority and shut down your business for wasting time and money on your useless service.

They are making the fraud of the customer and increasing there business by cheating. I need some support to take necessary action regarding this company to stop cheating to customer and shut there business. If they doesn't know how to support a customer and make them satisfactory, they are not allow to cheat. Money always doesn't matter, but if you open a company for online business, then don't cheat to customer. Customers only make your business and shut them also.
I am writing this complaint to inform that the order no[protected] has not been delivered and more than 100times i called up ur support team to deliver the . but I did not get any response from them. I tried to contact chat support but they left the chat instead of helping. Take it as a warning or whatever just I want my money to be refunded else I am going to post the recordings o[censored]r support care ppl and how they spoke to me and disconnect the calls and also the screenshots of the chats in the social media and public forum. I want an immediate response to my refund amount else I...

After taking one week long time for not delivery the order still you need 4-5 days for refund..how about the time, money and energy wasted on your pathetic customer service.. 100 times made call and more than Rs. 1000 wasted on only phone calls and several hours of mental torture made by your ridiculous company.
