Hi, I purchased a 3G Airtel Dongle with the commitment that 3G services will be provided but on using it i have not been able to open a normal website and my gmail account. I called customer care department and got the complaint # 55055388 and got call back that it will be resolved and somebody will visit my place to check the connectivity but nobody till now has done that and i am really not sure what to do. I called again customer care department but found that staff are not cooperative at all really not giving me any solution.
Can somebody tell me what to do so that i get what was committed?
I am really feeling very frustrated with the services they have provided me so far. My dongle # is [protected]
Please help me.
