Servify — oneplus 7 1689 rs plan activation code displayed invalid...

I had purchased oneplus device on 1st july, 2019.. And also purchased servify protect plan through oneplus website yesterday july 22..

So i downloaded oneplus care app and got to 'already purchased plan' banner option... And entered device date..

Then i entered activation code which i got in email and sms... But unfortunately it showed 'this code is invalid error'

Kindly resolve this error at the earliest..
