Respected sir / madam, my name is prithviraj. I reloaded my shell card on 13/12/17 for ₹3, 000. On 14/12/17, i fuelled up my vehicle for ₹2, 488 but when the card was swipped, they said the card had expired. I didn’t have any money with me to pay for the fuel becase i had reloaded the card. I contacted your customer care and spoke to mr lavan who was useless. My call id is 11927930. He didn’t understand anything in english. It was 2 am and i was in the fuel station asking mr lavan to do something but he didn’t understand anything. I finally had to make other arrangements so that i could pay for the fuel. I would like a compensation for all this incomviebvd caused or i’ll be taking this matter to the consumer forum.
