[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — broken and damaged product | |
I ordered Prestige four burner glass top gas stove on 5th July 2018 vide online order No [protected]. It was delivered on 11th July after 5pm after complaint no. HS[protected] on 10th July. On checking the product today (12/July), to my surprise, it was found that glass top of gas stove is completely broken into small pieces. I immediately informed shopcj through email and phone. It is frustrating that after so many correspondence and calling nothing is moving. Let us hope I should be refunded my money or give product as soon as possible. Please register my complaint for return or refund. Further, I would like to mention that I am not be now interested now to buy this product as the broken product was delivered very late without information and had bitter experience with the quality of the product. I have ordered a clothes drying stand 12-15 days ago. I received it today on 16th july2018. It is broken and many parts are missing. It is a cheap quality product and I want to return it. Please contact and let me know when your executive is coming to pick up. Also initiate the refund proces.
