[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — broken dinner set | |||||
I ordered a dinner set at 08 Aug, 2018. It arrived on 28 Aug, 2018. Upon opening the package, several item were found broken, which includes4 plates, bowls and lids. Loose and careless packaging resulted in breaking of crockery items in transit only. After several attempts & hours to contact the customer care, they finally agreed to refund, but only initiated a refund of 150 rupees, which is even less than 10% of the whole amount, it being 1550 rupees. I was asked to keep & use the rest of crockery, which seems pretty illogical. They simply refused to take back the package. Please Was this information helpful? | |||||
