[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — damaged product received | |||||
All the details are provided in the photo. I have received partially damaged product. I want complete refund refund along with the transportation cost. I had ordered 5 in 1 kitchen master bu kissan - silver on 21st june 2018 and received on 29 th june. After opening it plastic cover was received in broken condition. Details: Invoice no: jiva/18-19/04740 Order no.:[protected] Sub order no:[protected] As per the procedure i contacted their toll free number [protected]. But the call gets automatically disconnected. Later i called [protected], shop cj person insisted me to call the toll free number regarding the return/refund. I also sent repeated emails to [protected]@shopcj.com. But received no response from them. Now i believe this is completely fraud organisation, fooling people by sending damaged product. I want complete refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I purchased donga set through order no.[protected]. the item shown on TV is not as good what told in advertisement so I'm not satisfied. Please return the item and refund the money.

This is to inform you that your representative called us from Mob. no. [protected] and asked us to provide Government bank account details for refund of the said amount(Rs.3300). The said details were provided however today the said person asked for the Debit card details. We will not be able to provide you the debit card details. We think this is suspicious and unwanted. Request to please refund us the amount of Rs.3300 immediately.
