Shop CJ Network — refund not provided even after month of return pickup | |||||
Hi; My mother places an order of a set of Bedsheet, Curtains+1 More Item which were not part of the same set and differed color and design wise. She called customer care and the item was reverse picked up on 3rd August and the pick person handed over the return receipt with[protected]/SHOP CJ RVP[protected]. The Order ID was[protected].Since then my mother is following up with the customer care and each time she just gets an assurance that the cheque is being prepared but nothing she got even after 1 month. I am following up with you on her behalf and this is 1st communication from my end. Kindly look in to this mater and initiate the refund asap.If I wont hear anything from your end within a week, I will file a complaint with Consumer Court. Was this information helpful? | |||||
