I ordered "philips qt4011/15 corded & cordless trimmer for men (Multicolor) × 1" on 3rd july 2020 but still on portal status is showing "in process". Why delay? When it will get delivered? What is your policy and what is sla?
If not progressed or not delivered in (E. G. A month till) then would you cancel the order and refund the money? What is policy?
I really appreciate if you could deliver my product in week.
I have few other questions.
1. What is mean by "in process", if your seller does not have it then why you are flashing on your website?
2. I have been seeing many complaint (Post my order) related to fake delivery/delayed in product delivery. Etc.. What exactly you are servicing customers to keep them updating status on their order.
3. Cancel order option is not on website, why? Many complaint i am seeing here about no refund yet or delayed. Why this is happening?
