My name is Subhash Kumar and I am facing the same problem since last six Months. Morya Tech Builder Mr Avinash Raskar is not refunding my money pretending of next week and next week and has given me Cheque of that bank which has negative balance...I am very frustrated investing into this company..

I have lodged complaint with Shivaji Park, Dadar Police Station, from there I understand that there are lot many complaint already lodged with them and also with Kamothe police station and that Police have caught Mr. Avinash Raskar. Is anybody knows about further progress in this issue.
