Not very surprised to note the sorry state of affairs in siemens sevice centre in Kochi.
Post registration of this complaint, Service Person Mr. Rijo, came visiting from Kochi office. The update give was that the drum assembly will be replaced on 13th Jan'14. on 13th, the person conveniently calls up to tell that it will be replaced only on 14th. on 14th again he calls up to tell that the service will be done only on 15th. now finally it is postponed to 16th Jan. should we really take in all this crap??
this is ridiculous and not acceptable. this showns the amount of importance Siemens places on consumer concerns.
i had called up the Kochin branch to talk to the branch manager( if there is any one), but was told he was travelling to Delhi. asked to be connected to the next senior person. the person who took the call at Kochin office was Mr. Mukesh and was informed that the next senior person was Mr. Shiju, who was out on lunch. i had given my Mobile number to be given a call back. but thankfully did not even receive a courtesy call back.
is this the way the consumer giants place importance on customer concerns. pittiable and not reliable.
the lackadaisical response was that they did not people to do the service. once a commitment is given, it needs to be honoured.
if the assembly is not replaced on 15th jan as per the second commitment, this will be raised as a formal case on the consumer court
