I had bought a siemens washing machine on 29th april 2017. And on 23rd september 2019 it has stopped working. The machine wont come on.
On 24th september 2019, raised a complaint in the siemens portal (Order id : [protected]). A service engineer comes and without opening the machine confirms that the board is gone. Maybe he sees repeated such incidents and hence confident. It took a lot of coaxing from me to get him opened to see inside. Not sure, why the company is not doing anything on that.
Then he goes ordering the 2 circuit boards in the machine (Not sure which one will fix the issue). After 2 weeks he comes and plugs both inside and it still would not work. Now he goes back saying he needs to order parts from germany.
It has been another 2 weeks, and i have not heard anything from them. With multiple follow up (Follow up id [protected]), the only thing i receive is that the service engineer will come and see.
I am not sure, what to do and how long to wait.?.
Complaint:
1. Looks like this is a recurring issue, what is the company doing about it?
2. No feedback on diagnosis and repair status. Helpless customer left to only hope and pray. Was this information helpful? |
