Dear team,
I purchased one of your product (Ram ddr3) in nov 2018, (1 yrs warranty) which is not working properly, so i went to the dealer in printofast enterprises dc center janakpuri for replacement. But he refused and asked me to contact cuatomer care for further assiatance and from last 4 says i am trying to call them, contact them but there is no response on their numbers. As an employee it is not possible for me to take leave from office everytime.
Even i have called on their service center number but anyone didn’t respond to my phone calls. It is my humble request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible.
