If I remember correctly, you asked me to forward you any form of proofs I may have. But the content you have mentioned in the email sent to me and also the reply I got in the Consumer complaints forum does not include this. Why am I getting different responses in email and telephone calls? I have attached the response I got after posting my complaint in consumer complaints forum.
I have attached the screenshots of my mailbox and whatsapp chat screenshot (whatever I could retrieve from backup) in this email.
As you can see in the screenshots given below, I got registered to course on Feb 13. You can also see my welcome email from simplilearn on the same day.
I had issues with course content from when I could login to Simplilearn LMS portal i.e. on Feb 14. I enrolled for Dual masters in Data science and AI and you can see in the screenshots that only Data science was enrolled in LMS portal. This issue was resolved only on Feb 19th. I have attached the screenshot of the notification email I received from Simplilearn support after the issue resolution.
As per my learning consultant (Usharani), I can attend one live class and some self learning content (to decide if I want to continue the course or cancel). The only available batch started from Feb 22 and I have attached the screenshots of the live class registration from my mailbox. As I mentioned in my previous email I was not able to attend the live class and wanted to download the content so I can confirm whether or not I wanted to continue the course. I was facing an issue with the download option and reported it to my learning consultant.I have also attached this screenshot. I was able to download the course content (live classes conducted on Feb 22) only on Feb 24th and messaged my learning consultant on Whatsapp that I cannot continue the course on Feb 25th.
I have trusted Simplilearn to be fair and enrolled. But I was not aware we will be facing these many issues with the course.
So I clearly mentioned to you in the last conversation we had, I was facing issues with course content itself and got resolution from simplilearn on Feb 19th. 7 days have passed with this course content issue itself. I was promised by my learning consultant that I have a live class in the trial period and she suggested that I take a batch starting from Feb 22. I viewed the content and asked my learning consultant for a course cancellation on Feb 25th.
She misguided me and stalled the time and when I asked for cancellation she told me she can only give me course extension. After contacting her so many, she was mentioning about LMS policy and support contact number and refused to help me.
She was my only point of contact from simplilearn. She told me I have to contact her whether or not I am continuing the course. So I contacted her but I was not receiving proper response after that.
My learning consultant should have mentioned my trial period was over instead she was leading me on asking me to take a batch starting from 22nd. When I asked for cancellation, she said she can only provide me with a course extension.
Are you guys saying my trial period is over even before I have the full package of course content and trial courses you have promised me with before I enrolled? How can you say we have a 7 day policy and after that you cannot cancel? I was facing issues with your application and course for the initial 7 days you are mentioning.
I clearly mentioned my medical (pregnancy) and financial situation to you and I cannot continue the course even in future. Also, I am not ready to pay for a course which I am not attending.
My case is clearly different, so kindly consider this and provide me with a course cancellation email.

We are aware that the AI course was assigned to you on 19th February, even if we consider our 7 days refund policy starting from 19th February you requested for a refund on 4th March which is beyond the refund policy. "
My response:
But If you could refer to the screenshots I provided in consumer complaints forum, I have sent messages to my learning consultant on 25th February to cancel the course. But she was not agreeing and she was saying about good price of the course and job assistance programs. She only offered extension. For the following week, she was not responding and she was dragging the days.
In March, when she was available, she sent emai to her senior for course extension.
It is not my fault that she was only available in March. I initiated course cancellation on February 25th itself to her as she was my point of contact from Simplilearn for course related queries like cancellation. She was dragging me till March and after that said according to policy she can only give me course extension.
I reached out to her for cancellation within 2 days after viewing trial live class content and it comes within 7 days if you calculate from 19th February (according to your reply I have attached above). But kindly refer to my previous email and screenshots and you can see that I was facing issues with viewing live class content on February 22nd also.
Kindly consider this and provide me with course cancellation email.

Updated by Nirmala Venkateswaran I am not getting proper response or calls from simplilearn. They asked me to provide proofs and even after providing them with screenshot proofs, I have not received any proper response from them. When followed up again in email, they are asking to raise another ticket in simplilearn portal.
I have previously raised many tickets in this help but no proper outcome was given. That's why I have posted a complaint in consumer complaints. Now the same process of creating tickets is getting repeated.
I am not even sure whether my complaint is taken up to higher management in Simplilearn as I am noticing that no response is provided in this consumer complaints portal.
That is the point !! These guys don't respond on 6th-7th day and then say ... Policy Terms !!! BEWARE !!!
