Siti Cable — siti cable not adding 2 channels which I wanted

I had registered a complaint no is 5986635 about my cable operator not allowing us to choose the 2 channels.
I urgently wanted these 2 channels

1) sony ten 1
2) colours

Why are this 2 channels still not added in my package of channels that i have selected.

Kindly add this 2 channels asap
