I have booked an apartment in Blue waters Mayfair block on 2013. They mentioned in the agreement that they will deliver the property on Jan'2017. But last year they cancelled my block and then we requested them to refund my money back.
From last year I have been struggling to get my money back, have written several emails and called them many times asking them for any kind of progress. Unable to get any kind seriousness from them in returning my money.
Now they have stopped replying to my emails and are not responding to my calls.
How can a builder hold money from a customer for a property which does not exist at all.
