hello hari, i am also in same position, i will tell you my story . i booked one course on skill lync 0n 18 june 2022 by paying 5000 rs and they told me that i will get 2 months to pay remaining payment . in this two months they completed my loan procedure and now beacause of my financial issue i am not able to make remaining payment so i called customer care and now they are saying you cannot cancel the program . my concern ishow can i not cancel the program that i didnt even started yet .they are saying they have non cancellation policy . at the time of purchase i asked them what if i will not be able to make payment so they told me then your course will be cancelled and 5000 rs will not be refundable . its ok i dont want my 5000 but i want to cancel that program and that eduvancez loan . please help me with this hari . i am going in depression because of this

I'm writing here that, we totally fed up, I've been cheated by your company, Recently I completed my bsc, and i have 4 backlogs, at that time only one of your employee named MUGNESHWARAN M (mugnesh.[protected]@skill-lync.com) who is also our neighbor, contacted me about this program ' post graduate-full stack development ' . From starting he only told lie to us, I will mention what are all the statements he provided,
1. He didn't mention about the word ' LOAN'.
2.Only I have to pay fees for 4 months, so course fee is only 30k - 35k.
3. We will get you a job after 4 months.
4.Forced me to pay 5k on that particular day (15.6.22).
5.And most importantly collected all the documents (passbook pan card) by saying just for reference, after 4 months we will give money for intership that's y.
6.I have arrears, if someone is having arrear means there's no job guarantee, but he said he will get you a job even though I'm having arrears.
7. By using the word cancellation, he made me to pay 6 momths emi.
Sir, I trusted him and gave all the details but he didn't mention a single word about loan I'm from a middle class family sir, we received a mail from that private bank Fullerton India, we were shocked by that letter, after that only we came to know that he took loan for 1, 75, 000 in my name. After that i contacted and told this to mugnesh, that time also he didn't accept he told that it's not a loan you have to pay only for 4 months. We managed and paid for 4months sir because he promised to get me a job. But he didn't.eventhough if you're getting me a job i cannot pay this money. I directly came to your office and told about this problem one guy threatened me like I have to pay karthikeyan.[protected]@skill-lync.com and one mam sumaya.[protected]@skill-lync.com accepted that this fault from your company end only, never mentioned about loan is true. But steps are not taken till now to cancel the program. Please help me from this sir, monthly 8k is a big amount for my family, and also there's no job guarantee.And continuously getting calls from bank side to pay emi.We totally fed up sir, . Kindly help and cancel the program I can't pay emi for 22 months, I will attach proofs here, if you also not taking any steps I will go to next level already my father is telling to file a complaint, you are my last hope kindly cancel this loan.

I'm karthick, two months back, I booked for a saw a post in linkedin and I have send a message for that to know about that courses after they call back and said about that courses after that im not interested and I leave it .
After one month they call me continuasly for joining, then one full day they call me for joining and saying that this is the last day so plz put admission I'm also enroll my name and pay 5000 after that they are asking documents for loan. They said that today is a last day to join tmro onwards classes will be started but after that one single classes also not there. They just make me to pay money only. So please help me to refund atleast half amount.
