Skill Nation — Refund policy was not disclosed during admission time

Hi Team,

My name is kannappan and from Chennai.
I received add on YouTube for ppt workshop for rupees 299 1 hour session on 7 jan 2023. I nominated and attend the same. Tutor details is [protected]@skillnation.in. during that 1 hour session nothing much informative knowledge sharing happened. He try to advertise their product and influence participants to join the master course. They did it's worth of 1 lakh whereas they providing in bonus of 9000 rupees.
With 2 EMI options. That too not provided much time they said this offer is only 1st 15 user for 10 minutes like that then extended to 50 later. I paid my 1st EMI on same day on their influence speech. But They Never Disclosed But Refund Policy. Later 2 days I thought of cancel registration they said as their policy refund is not applicable. But my concern is if refund is not possible they should inform before asking people to join or ask them pay.
I tried reaching skill nation official email id they didn't responded to my query and I tried tried reaching front office team . Ruthuja is the lady who coordinate with me. She said she will arrange for payment in with in week. But it's been more than 1 no action take so far .
Now she is not even picking up the phones calls.
