I wanted to complaint that I have been getting an update that my shipment is out for delivery from the last 3 days but it has not been delivered so far. Pooja Dutt and her team has been making false claims that the package will be delivered today at any cost and this is happening from
The last three days. They updated their status on 22nd Aug at 9 in the morning that they will not be able to deliver today because of time constraints. This update was @ 9 AM when there was the entire day ahead of them. I really think my package has been misplaced. Otherwise it should have been delivered and all
They give us false commitment and say that out executive will call you. Not once have I recieved any call not even one in the last three days. I placed the order on the 11 or 12 and it’s frustrating now because the occasion for which I ordered the product has already gone by. Please take strict action against the company.
