Smashing Commerce — product is worst

Watching an advertisement on facebook, i had ordered for pest repellent from smashing commerce on cod basis, upon arrival of the product, i paid the amount and received the item, when opened it was not the item shown in the advertisement, it is not even close to the one i have ordered and it is not working as advertised. It's worst item in 480 inr. These type items of 4 pieces available in 440 only at snapdeal. I want my money back or give the customer care number of this website.

It's not Snapdeal. Complaint is against smashing commerce. Snapdeal is selling product on right price. But smashing commerce charged 480 INR for the product and product is totally useless. I want my money back from Smashing Commerce. Sorry Snapdeal I mentioned your name for right price of the product.
