Smashing Commerce — ulta sonic/ I am complaining for not delivered the exact product

I bought the product ulta sonic for pest but you are not delivered the same product, and that product which are delivered not working as well... I want to return or exchange such product... Don't know how to do it...
Product also making a weird sound which irriates us and also didn't effect the mosquitoes, lizards, cockroches, ants etc...
First time and bad experience with this company

I have ordered this product which is entirely different from the ordered one.It is very low quality product and I am very disappointed..I want my money back and now please take your product and give my money or exchange this duplicate product with the original product you have advertised...which I have attached below

The product Ultra-Sonic Mosquito, Rat, And Pest Repellent I have booked and made online payment of Rs. 480/-. Today[protected] I have received the Parcel and found one toy type product. Kindly arrange to provide me the product which I have booked seeing your advertisement. Kindly response as early as possible and do the necessary needful action.
