[Resolved] Snapdeal — Don't worry, buy not happy! | |||||
I had placed order ID: [protected] Suborder Id: [protected] Placed on 22 Dec, 2015 to snapdeal for Edo 3 Seater Sofa Cum Bed. On 30th December 2015 the package which had been received a defective, damage product & send without any Installation manual. So I asked for return to snapdeal on next day morning (31/12/2015).They offered compensation me for Rs. 2000/- within 4 business days on 01/01/2016 for repair Sofa Cum Bed . The Edo 3 Seater Sofa Cum Bed had been repaired with expense for Rs.3500/. But this sofa. Installation was required so I request snapdeal please send Installation manual for Installation Sofa Cum Bed on 31/12/2016..No response had been receive till 01/02/2016 . I am very much SUPRISED to see after several days later they mail me yesterday as follows. Dear jhuma deogharia We have escalated your concern to our team and are working on it. Resolution would be provided at the earliest, request you to cooperate in the meantime. Regards, Snapdeal Team Yestarday I had also received several phone call from Phone no [protected] at 1.15PM, 1.57PM & 2.01PM they were asking me, anybody call me for Installation manual? After few second later a phone call had been come on my mobile from [protected] he told me that he was supplier of Edo 3 Seater Sofa Cum Bed, he also promise me if I provide my mail Id then he will send Installation manual of Edo 3 Seater Sofa Cum Bed within few second. Again a phone call comes on my mobile from Phone no [protected] & asking me any person contract with me? I said Yes, I send my Email id: I am waiting for Installation manual of Edo 3 Seater Sofa Cum bed. But sorry to say I have not received any response. Now I just want to ask snapdeal through consumer complaint .in Team . It was original calls or fake calls ? snapdeal.com aware of this ? If yes I would request to give training your social media team & supplier as well as ask them to speak the truth always whatever might be the reason & provide me Installation manual. About the posted complaint has been notified to Snapdeal.com customer support on Feb 02, 2016by Consumer Complaint. in Team.. Against I had placed order ID: 10728075098 Suborder Id: 13564884973 Placed on 22 Dec, 2015 to snapdeal for Edo 3 Seater Sofa Cum Bed. On 30th December 2015 the package which had been received a defective, damage product & send without any Installation manual. So I asked for return to snapdeal on next day morning (31/12/2015).They offered compensation me for Rs. 2000/- within 4 business days. for repair Sofa Cum Bed on 01/01/2016 . After several days latter offered compensation amount for Rs. 2000/-had been revived. The Edo 3 Seater Sofa Cum Bed had been repaired with expense for Rs.3500/. But this sofa. Installation manual was required. So I request snapdeal please send Installation manual for Installation Sofa Cum Bed on 31/12/2016..No response had been receive till 11/02/2016 . I am very much SUPRISED to see after several days later they mail me as follows.

Whereas installation manual was not very big issue;, It should have been resolved within a day. But the policy and approach of a snapdeal.com Team, which is being followed by them lingering-on redresses system process? It was a creating problem .Since long I did not receive any positive response. Whereas I had received many fake calls, fake mails, fake assurance & also fake resolution. There is no any relation, no any coordination each other’s in snapdeal.com Teams It was also most important issue in snapdeal.com. At this stage I was unwilling to talk to anyone from snapdeal social media team for a person who knows how to talk to a human being atheist .They apologize for the inconvenience., he care about my grievance, and my complaint has been lessened by heart & I had been given a phone no, the owner of manufacturer of Edo 3 Seater Sofa Cum Bed .I had contracted with him, my problem had been also resolved. Now I am asking you it was your 7 Days Easy Returns polices? Thank you very much Consumer Complaint. In Team without you it could not be possible. Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
