I have Purchased Sony C5 ultra in velacherry Show room on 6th sep and with in a month i had issue on handset like colours on the corner / noise / touch hardness on 9th button etc and for the same i had spoken to poorvika protect and given handset for service on 15.10.15 but till today i have not received but three time they postponed the dates and poorivka had rejected the serviced handset to sony again that means sony has not done service properly or the hand set is having serious probliem. almost nearing to one month for service how the end user will wait for that .
As a layman i am suspecting that there is a serious probelm and the same may repeat again also, .
