The internet service is down past 10 days and whenever I call the customer care, all they have to say is we are very sorry and we will resolve your issue today itself.
But when it comes to action, there is no response from them. Even after escalating the issue to the higher levels, they sent a person for checking the service who just looked at the LAN and checked the router. The person said he will come in an hour to look into it and disappeared!!!.
This is really frustrating and unacceptable. They expect us to pay all the bills on time when it comes to provide the service, its all down in gutter.
