On May 3 2014, I tried to book for a film "SON OF GOD" using self service booking system available at Spi Cinemas, brookefield shopping mall, RS Puram, Coimbatore. Money taken from my credit card but ticket not booked. And I conveyed immediately to Abu Tahir who has introduced as section incharge. And he said this might be concern bank problem and the amount will be reversed back within 10 working days. And he said you need to book new ticket for new transaction. As he says, I booked for new transaction. But today it is May 23 2014, still amount was not yet credited. In the mean time day before yesterday I called to spi cinemas[protected] or[protected] and conveyed the situation to Mani, who attended the call. And he said thathe will arrange a call back from Abu Tagir. But no response from them. So I am posting complaint here to get my money back. And the amount is Rs. 240. Kindly make arrangement to get my money back. I expect it soon..
