I am old subscriber to spidigo, recently pace internet. Earlier atleast they would always be available on customer service number. Now there is no accountability on numbers or on their wharsapp. Website is down.. Office is closed. Have you run away with my 7k without providing the 2.5yrs of service you have charged me for??? I work from home and your fraud will cost me my job. Atleast inform how long there will be no connection.. You are not a grocery store.. You are a service provider. Please show some responsibility.
Either send information about issue or send a technician. Enough is enough.
