Sreedhareeyam — Worst Service

They never give the right appointments. When we visit in person they make us wait for more than 4 hours and never send via tokens. I visited their clinic and if you speak Malayalam they send you immediately. Because of this, we booked online appointments. They got 400 rupees from us before itself. On the day of the appointment, they initially gave us 11 AM then made it 11:15 AM and then 11:30 AM. Finally at 12 PM they are telling we need to wait and they will call us. I asked them to refund my money and they didn't even ask any sorry. They asked me to share my account number details. Worst customer service. These guys don't deserve to run a hospital. Strict action should be taken.
