SRL Diagnostics — non availability of customer blood collection at residence

I had booked senior citizen package scheduled for 23/02/2018 on saturday. I had booked online on 22/02/2018 with reference no web[protected]. It was informed by email that by 8.00 am will receive call but till 9.00am nobody called. I only called than it was informed that by toll free no[protected] that they tried by no at 8.30 but it was not connected. It is an blatant lie as my cell was very much functional nor any miss call was available. Over that my calling it is informed that srl is unable to collect blood sample on confirm order ref[protected]. I was on fasting n suddenly cancelling blood collection. Hope srl is like korans store with no manpower. Ashamed to hear that a corporate like srl is short of manpower. My whole day was wasted
