I have booked for some blood tests a day before my blood collection date. But after getting confirmation from their side via a sms where blood collecting person's name and phone number was given, informed that my home is far away from his collection centre so he advised me to tell it to srl mumbai office, otherwise he will tell it to them that blood collection is not possible. I'm not informing that to office/customer care. But on collection day morning neither the person is came, nor the customer care has informed me anything. I made a call to office and after asking the situation, informed that they can't arrange the blood collection for that day, if i request them then they will arrang it for the next day. I've to cancel it, and confirm the test from the local pathology centre. It's a tremendous harassment for us, my mother has to suffer fo their negligence. Was this information helpful? |
