Srm Transports — had taken double payment not refunded

During festive season online tickets were blocked by srm members. We had called and booked our tickets. The srm guy had asked us to come to his place to book a ticket. It was not possible for us since it is too long to travel. Then the srm guy had given option to pay by paytm or account transfer. During that day online transaction in bank was having issues. We had done payment via paytm. He said he had not received the payment. Then again we have paid via online transfer after the bank issues was sorted out. Srm guy asked us to raise a complain against the transaction. Please check this issue and revert back the amount paid.
