I have a bought a water bottle from SRS Value bazar in Sector 44 Noida. I filled it with water after reaching home but water is getting leaked. so I went back to store with in half-hour and said them its getting leaked.
Security asked me to show, then I showed it to me and then one more asked.. like this i havev shown 5 guys and later they said there is no replacement (Very Rude) for this. how come ??
what a consumer can do if the product is not working d way it supposed to work ?

and they are even giving me free suggestions don't put it upside ..

I am nether satisfied with the product nor the with the guys working inside (only name I know Ranjan Kumar).

Why SRS charge us at the highest available rate? I checked the way the workers do the scanning of the products and then select the highest rate available. This way they also ignore any offers. I have never seen any retail chain charging so high.

The complaint is for SRS Value Bazaar at sector 55, gurgaon.
