Stalkbuylove — not able to return an item

It was delivered on 31st august 2019

I need to exchange/return some items from my order. the order has been delivered but the status of the order is still dispatched and is not getting updated. Hence the return/exchange button is disabled.

Customer care number s not working

I have also filed a complaint through their website but no response
