I had placed two orders. Order #[protected] was placed on 10th nov 2019 and order #[protected] was placed on 15th nov 2019. The status of both my orders is stuck at order received. There is no update at all in the last month. Order was supposed to be delivered in 8-9 business days.
No reply from customer support, despite repeated mails.
