My total reward points were 650 when i last checked, which now has been reduced to 150. I had called and mailed your customer care service in the month of june to confirm the validity of my points, to which your executive replied that my points are valid for 1 year. But somehow now i only have 150 points. This was very disappointing as i have been a regular customer in sbl. Atleast don't misguide your customers specially if they are interested in purchasing more stuff from your website in future. Would love to shop but please re-credit my reward points. I never even let my reward points expire. I've been trying to reach your customer service through mails and calls and none of them were answered. They keep telling me that the site is under maintenance. I'm disappointed a lot because i personally love sbl and believe it or not i recommend your app to each and every colleague of mine. I have been your regular customer and i honestly love your collection and want to continue shopping from the website.
