I have ordered a product from sbl, which costed me 2064/- as it was of not my size i sent it for return and asked them for a refund, they received the package on 9th august and yet no refund initiated, they don’t reply to the emails, they haven’t provided any contact number. This is so bad. I have been sending them mails since days, and their automated response is coming. Not proper response, the amount is stuck with them. They don’t have any responsibility for that. The app is not showing any status. Infact when i ordered it, and when it was delivered, it was still showing “shipped”
I thought sbl would be better than other online shopping apps.
It is worse than them. Sbl has not provided any contact sources, because they know that people will call them and complain.
And this comes from a very pissed of customer who hates such kind of services. I want my money back. Was this information helpful? |
