Stalkbuylove — unable to initiate order return request

I placed an order on the website: https://www.stalkbuylove.com.

It was delivered on 3rd september 2019

I need to exchange/return some items from my order. The order has been delivered but the status of the order is still ordered and is not getting updated. Hence the return/exchange button is disabled.
