[Resolved] Standard Chartered Bank — Interest Charges levied on Credit Card | |||
This is inform you that every month Interest & Other Charges are levied from last 5 months even after making complete payment. Because, they were at fault so they reversed back first two months but last month they charged Rs 4310 as interest even after payment on time. When called their customer care executive, he said it will be reversed so make rest of the payment. Now again this month complete payment had to be done on 10th and around 20% payment got credited in their account on 12th due to weekend so this time they charged Rs 20000 interest which is too huge. I have called them multiple times and emailed as well still they are not ready to reverse instead replying " In this regard, we would like to inform you that your previous balance was of INR[protected] and your due date was of 12th March 2024. Moreover, your full payment was not received till the due date." So lost is their team that the amount they addressing for that statement is yet to be generated on 20th Mar and due date is yet to arrive so they themselves cant write it correctly for what they have charged interest so giving me any vague answer. I need to complain regarding their poor customer care services and looting their customers by charging anything in the statement and not giving proper response over calls so they are avoiding and forcing me to pay my bill on 12th Mar'24. I request you to help me for reversal of interest which is almost Rs 25000 for no valid reason Was this information helpful? | |||
