Dear sir/madam,
I had a health policy from star health (Policy no. P/700004/01/2020/000358). My son was admitted to hospital in muzaffarnagar, u. P. For few days because of stomach pain. The hospital denied to give cash less facility and after few days when my son discharged, he paid around 25000 rs cash. He submitted all necessary documents to star health office, they sent him many times to hospital for more and more documents. Finally after few months of discharge i got sms that your claim is cleared and 14000 rs will be transferred to your account.
My points are: 1) why the prescribed hospitals dont give cashless treatment and patients have to go many times to hospitals for docs and 2) if he paid 25000 rs to hospital then why only 14000 rs reimbursed? If star health think that the bills are fake then why 14000 reimbursed? Such health policy companies are making money from their customers. This is really frustrating.
I want full of my money back which i paid at the hospital and the money which i paid to the company as premium.
I request you kindly to look into the matter and save us from being harassed from such companies.
